Controller

KIMISUITE (developer of Qwibly) is the controller for personal data processed in this app.

Data We Process

• Account: email, password (hashed), profile settings.
• Usage: quiz results, coins, purchases/subscriptions, app interactions.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and performance metrics (Firebase).
• Device identifiers: Firebase Installation ID / push token; Advertising ID (if available on device).

Purposes & Lawful Bases

• Provide the service (login, quizzes, purchases) – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).
• Security & fraud prevention – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
• Analytics & crash reporting – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
• Notifications (updates, reminders) – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Recipients & Processing Locations

We use trusted processors, primarily Google Firebase. Data may be processed inside and outside the EU/EEA with safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention

Data are kept while your account exists. Diagnostic data follow Firebase defaults. Billing records may be stored for up to 30 days (or as required by law).

Your Rights

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Complain to your data protection authority.

Security

We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and least-privilege principles.

Children

The app is not directed to children under the minimum legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Use of the Service

Qwibly provides quiz content, coins, and optional subscriptions. You agree to use the app lawfully and refrain from abuse or interference.

Accounts & Purchases

You are responsible for your account. Purchases are handled by app stores; local taxes may apply. Virtual items have no real-world value.

Content & Fair Use

No cheating, reverse engineering, or rights violations. Accounts breaching rules may be suspended.

Changes

We may update Terms occasionally. Continued use means acceptance.

Delete your Qwibly Account

1. Open the Qwibly app.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm deletion.

This removes your personal data and quiz history. Billing records may remain up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
